AhlulBayt News Agency: In response to the International Court of Justice's hearing on Israel's prevention of humanitarian aid, the Islamic Jihad Movement stated that, under international law, blocking the entry of medicine, food, and fuel into the Gaza Strip constitutes a war crime.
As reported by Al-Mayadeen, the movement underscored that the International Court of Justice should have demanded immediate compliance with its rulings and called for an urgent end to the blockade of the Gaza Strip.
Islamic Jihad reiterated that, according to international law, denying access to essential supplies such as medicine, food, and fuel to the Gaza Strip is considered a war crime.
